Founded in 1979, American Shower & Bath became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Masco Corporation in 1994. ASB joined a long list of well-known brand-name consumer products for the home improvement and new construction markets. ASB manufactures bathroom fixtures and utility room products under the ASB^® and Aqua Glass^® brand names. Headquartered in Moorestown, NJ, ASB operates manufacturing facilities in Lapeer, Michigan and Moorestown, New Jersey.
